A doctor said he would contact Thursday morning with the outcome of the MRI. He did not. I called recently day; the secretary said he'd call later today with the results. He did not. When I called work the nurse explained that there is no way the physician can call; it is his surgery day. The nurse claimed she couldn't provide me the outcomes; a doctor required to do that.
